Senior Designer

Job Descriptions :

• Overseeing all design elements, from the conception to final delivery
• Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released to the employer or client
• Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
• Knowledge on material & color scheme specifications requirement
• Decide the most appropriate materials for the design within budget restriction
• Coordinate with Estimator and Project Manager
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
• Ensure team’s final result is delivered adhering to company’s standards
• Work with Projects team to develop design solution

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
• 6 to 12 years experience as Interior Designer or relevant experience
• Max 40 years old
• Sketch up, V-ray, Auto CAD and Adobe photo shop proficiency required. (Fast sketch up 3D modeling operations with well made structure and high quality rendering skills)
• Excellent problem solving skill, especially on balancing design aesthetic and product needs
• In-depth knowledge of interior construction structure and finishing
• Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space and layout planning
• Able to develop and present design concepts with creative perspective
• Able to communicate in English
• Positive attitude and result oriented, strong communication skill
