Sales & Marketing Manager (Makassar Branch)

Role and responsibilities :
* Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

* Analyze data and identify trends to lead innovative growth strategies and optimize spend and performance
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets, and developing pricing strategies for products and services for profitability and results.

Requirements:
· Bachelors/master’s degree in marketing or related field
· Proven 5 years of working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good / Material Building / Retail

• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding writing, communication skills, fast learning, good attitude
• Able to adapt quickly to new opportunities and technologies
