Job Description

Allowance: Rp 2,000,000 – Rp 5,000,000

Job Purpose
Monitor, coordinate the team and maximize sales volume from distribution of PT Mentari Mulia Berjangka products and their variants to their specific area in the retail distributor’s channel to be able to reach (or more) from the sales target set by management.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Has Management Consultant Certification is a Plus
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
